Last month, we managed to rescue our parcel owners so they did not lose their lands. Now we need to focus on our PLUS! Stipend members. With the sheer volume of those who take advantage of this program, we had very little way to match various users to the db to put them back in.
If you put in a support ticket or email, we'll be able to get you back in the DB and make sure your stipend is paid out (in full) for the month of June and service should be fully back to normal on the next billing cycle. If you put in a ticket or email, we'll need to know the last name on the Credit Card you used. For Emails, please also include the avatar attached to the stipend.
